📡 TELEPATHY — COMPLETE PRACTICE GUIDE
A 30-Day Sender–Receiver Training for Receptivity, Projection & Verification
How to Use This Guide
- Practise 25–40 minutes daily, ideally split into two sessions (one alone, one with a partner when available).
- Complete at least the 7-Day Practice and 30-Day Concentration & Visualization guides before starting this.
- Partners are ideal, but every practice has a solo version so you can train alone.
- Keep a dedicated Telepathy Journal — record every impression before receiving feedback.
- Never skip the relaxation and Trataka anchor — they are the foundation of all receptivity.
- Increase difficulty gradually. Do not chase unusual experiences.
⚠️ Scientific Honesty — Read Carefully:
Telepathy is not demonstrated by mainstream science. Rigorous controlled studies (e.g., Ganzfeld experiments) have not produced consistent, replicable evidence for telepathic communication. This guide is presented as a contemplative, experiential, and spiritual practice — it develops concentration, visualization, receptivity, and empathy. It is not a proven paranormal ability, and no outcome should be interpreted as scientific proof. Approach it with curiosity, humility, and openness — never with certainty, fear, or pressure on another person.
🧘 PART 1 — Foundations of Telepathic Receptivity (Days 1–6)
DAY 1 The Quiet Mind — Precondition for Telepathy
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🧘 Deep Relaxation | 10 min | Sit comfortably. Slow breathing (inhale 4, exhale 6). Relax the body part by part: face, jaw, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest, abdomen, legs, feet. Then say internally: "I don't need to solve anything. I am only observing." Do not force mental silence — just allow thoughts to settle. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 🎯 Shri Yantra Trataka | 10 min | Steady gaze on the bindu. Back straight, body still. This is your concentration anchor for the entire 30 days. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📖 Study — Telepathy Foundations | 15 min | Learn: Telepathy traditionally means "feeling at a distance". It has been studied, debated, and practised for millennia — but remains scientifically unproven. What is real and trainable: quieting the mind, focused attention, receptive awareness, visualisation, and empathic attunement. These are what we develop in this guide. Whatever "transmission" may be, the prerequisites are stillness and sensitivity. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Write: What does telepathy mean to me personally? What do I hope to develop? What scepticism do I carry? Honesty here shapes everything that follows. |
DAY 2 The Witness State — Observing Without Grasping
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🧘 Witness Meditation | 15 min | Sit quietly. Watch thoughts, sounds, and sensations arise and dissolve. Do not follow any of them. Do not push any away. Just notice: "A thought appeared. A sound arose. A sensation came." This "witness" stance is the state in which subtle impressions can be noticed without being drowned out by mental noise. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Continue your anchor practice. |
| 🌙 Evening | 👂 Clairaudience – Deep Listening | 10 min | Close your eyes. Listen as if you were listening for a whisper in another room. Notice the subtlest sounds. This trains receptive attention. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Could you maintain the witness stance? For how long? What pulled you away? |
DAY 3 Distinguishing Signal from Noise
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard Trataka anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Signal vs Noise Study | 15 min | Learn: In any receptive practice, the mind produces constant "noise" — random thoughts, memories, images. A telepathic impression is traditionally distinguished by: 1) suddenness (it arrives rather than being built), 2) neutrality (no emotional charge from your own life), 3) persistence (it keeps returning), 4) irrelevance (it doesn't fit your current thinking). But all four can also occur in ordinary imagination. This is why recording before interpretation matters. |
| 🌙 Evening | 🧠 Cognizance Practice | 15 min | Sit quietly and observe every thought, image, or feeling that arises. Write them down as they come. Do not label any as "telepathic" yet. Just watch the stream. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Which impressions felt "sudden and neutral"? Which felt self-generated? No conclusions — just pattern recognition. |
DAY 4 The First-Thought Principle
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka + Intention | 12 min | Trataka 8 min. Then hold a silent intention: "I will notice what arrives first — before my mind decorates it." |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 First-Thought Study | 15 min | Learn: In receptive work, the first impression is usually the cleanest. The second thought is often your mind editing, judging, or decorating. Train yourself to record the first thing that arises — even if it seems trivial or absurd. Example: someone thinks of a "spoon" and your first impression is "silver". Later you decide it must be "fork" — the first impression was more likely correct. |
| 🌙 Evening | 🧠 First-Thought Drill | 15 min | Look at a random object in the room. Close your eyes. Write the very first word, colour, shape, or feeling that arises. Repeat 10 times with different objects. Aim to record the first flash, not your elaboration of it. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | How often did you catch the first thought before the mind decorated it? |
DAY 5 Receptivity to Another Person's Presence
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 💗 Presence Receptivity | 20 min | Sit with a willing partner in silence for 5 minutes. Close your eyes or lower your gaze. Ask internally: "What is this person feeling right now?" Notice the first three impressions that arise. Write them down. Afterwards, ask your partner what they were actually feeling. Do not judge accuracy — this is training, not testing. |
| 🌙 Evening | 💗 Clairsentience – Environment | 15 min | Standard clairsentience practice: sit quietly, notice emotions, sensations, atmosphere. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Which impressions matched? Which didn't? What might have caused a miss — your own mood, projection, wishful thinking? |
⚠️ Ethics: Never attempt this on someone without their consent. Never try to "read" what they do not wish to share.
DAY 6 Part 1 Review
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Extended Trataka | 15 min | Push Trataka to 15 min. Hold the inner bindu image for 1 minute afterwards. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📝 Part 1 Review | 20 min | Which foundation was easiest — relaxation, witness state, first-thought, or presence receptivity? Which was hardest? What did you learn about your own mental noise? |
| 🌙 Evening | 💗 Clairsentience – Free Practice | 15 min | Free practice. Whatever draws your attention. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Write a paragraph summarising your first week of telepathy training. |
📤 PART 2 — The Sender: Projection & Visualization (Days 7–12)
DAY 7 Choosing the Target
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Target Selection Study | 15 min | Learn: A good telepathy target is simple, concrete, and unambiguous. Avoid targets that are similar to others (e.g., don't use "apple" if you've just used "tomato"). Classic categories: shapes (circle, star, triangle), simple objects (cup, key, ball), colours, numbers, simple images. Start with 5 targets and choose randomly (draw from a hat, use a random number generator). |
| 🌙 Evening | 🎯 Target Set Prep | 10 min | Create your target set of 5 simple images. Keep them physically separate from you during sending. Do not use them yet — just prepare. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Which 5 targets did you choose? Why? |
DAY 8 Holding the Target — Sender Foundation
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka + Sender Visualisation | 12 min | Trataka 8 min. Then close your eyes and hold one target image (e.g., a red circle) in your mind. Hold it steadily for 3 minutes without letting it morph. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Holding Study | 15 min | Learn: The Sender's job is not to force the image outward. It is to hold it steadily with calm attention, allowing it to fill awareness. Forcing creates tension that interferes with clarity. Hold with soft focus — the same way you might hold a loved one in mind. |
| 🌙 Evening | 🎯 Solo Sender Practice | 15 min | Choose one target. Sit relaxed. Visualise it. Hold it for 5 minutes. Notice: does the image fade? Change? Drift? Each time it drifts, gently return it. This is the core Sender skill. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | How long could you hold the image before it drifted? What made it drift? |
DAY 9 Emotional Charge — The Amplifier
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka + Sender Visualisation | 15 min | Trataka 8 min. Then hold your target image for 5 min with gentle focus. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Emotional Charge Study | 15 min | Learn: In many traditions, a target with emotional or sensory richness is easier to "send" than a cold, abstract image. For example, imagine not just a red circle — but the feeling of warmth, the sensation of softness, the emotional sense of calm. But do not over-charge — the goal is clear and calm, not intense. |
| 🌙 Evening | 🎯 Charged Sender Practice | 15 min | Choose one target. Add sensory and emotional texture: colour, temperature, weight, feeling. Hold it in the mind's eye while feeling its qualities. Maintain this for 5 minutes without tension. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Did adding sensory texture make the image more stable, or less? What worked best for you? |
DAY 10 Rhythmic Repetition
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka + Rhythmic Sender | 15 min | Trataka 8 min. Then visualise your target in a slow rhythmic pulse — once every 4 seconds. Not forced, just steady, like a heartbeat of the mind. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Rhythm Study | 15 min | Learn: Rhythmic repetition is used in many contemplative traditions (mantra, rosary, heartbeat meditation). A gentle rhythm prevents the mind from wandering and creates a "signal" that is more consistent than random spurts. Do not make it a strain — it should feel sustainable. |
| 🌙 Evening | 🎯 Rhythm Practice | 15 min | Hold one target in slow rhythmic repetition for 10 minutes. Notice if this increases stability compared to static holding. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Which holding method felt most natural: static, sensory-charged, or rhythmic? |
DAY 11 Sender's Full Session — Solo
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🧘 Deep Relaxation | 10 min | Full body relaxation with slow breathing. Set intention: "I send with clarity and calm." |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📤 Full Sender Session | 20 min | 1) Relax (3 min). 2) Choose one target randomly from your set of 5. 3) Visualise it clearly for 1 min. 4) Add sensory texture. 5) Hold it steadily or rhythmically for 10 min. 6) End with three slow breaths and release the image completely. |
| 🌙 Evening | 💗 Clairsentience – Release | 10 min | After sending, release all residue. Body scan, exhale tension, return to neutral. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Record: which target did I send? How stable was the image? How long before it drifted? |
DAY 12 Part 2 Review
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Extended Trataka | 15 min | Continue your anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📝 Part 2 Review | 20 min | Review your sender journal. What holding method worked best for you? What conditions made sending easiest (time of day, mood, environment)? |
| 🌙 Evening | 🎯 Sender Session | 15 min | Full sender session with your preferred method. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Summary of Part 2 progress. |
📥 PART 3 — The Receiver: Impressions & Recording (Days 13–18)
DAY 13 Receiver's Receptivity — The Open Stance
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🧘 Receptive Relaxation | 10 min | Relax fully. Then, set an intention: "I am open. I will not chase. I will notice what arrives." The Receiver's stance is relaxed but alert — not passive, not straining. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Receptivity Study | 15 min | Learn: The Receiver's biggest enemies are: 1) trying too hard, 2) expecting a specific answer, 3) self-criticism ("I'm making this up"), 4) editing impressions before recording. The skill is to receive anything — even nonsense — and record it faithfully. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📥 Open Receptivity Practice | 15 min | Close your eyes. Rest in the witness state. Ask internally: "What arrives?" Let whatever comes appear — a word, an image, a colour, a feeling, a sound. Write each thing down without judging. Aim for at least 10 impressions in 15 minutes. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | What kinds of impressions arose most often? Which felt the "cleanest"? |
DAY 14 Recording Without Editing
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Non-Editing Study | 15 min | Learn: The greatest Receiver error is editing while recording — dismissing impressions as "too silly", "too obvious", "not quite right". Every impression, before verification, is data. If you edit during recording, you cannot later know what was accurate. Record everything. Judge nothing. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📥 Free Impression Recording | 20 min | Sit with eyes closed, relaxed. Imagine there is a sender somewhere trying to reach you. Write down the first 20 impressions that arise — words, images, feelings, sounds, colours, shapes. Do not stop to think. Do not cross anything out. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Which was harder — receiving impressions or resisting the urge to edit them? |
DAY 15 Identifying the Channel of Reception
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Channel Identification Study | 15 min | Learn: Telepathic impressions traditionally arrive through one of the Clairs: Clairvoyance — you see an image, colour, or shape. Clairaudience — you hear a word, name, or sound. Clairsentience — you feel an emotion, physical sensation, or atmosphere. Cognizance — you simply "know" something without knowing how. Identify your strongest receptive channel — that is your receiver's home base. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📥 Channel Drills | 20 min | Sit relaxed. Ask internally: "Show me a colour." Record the first colour impression. Then: "Show me a word." Record. Then: "Show me a feeling." Record. Repeat for each of the four channels. Note which channel felt most natural. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Which channel was strongest? Which was weakest? What does this tell you about your receptive style? |
DAY 16 Impressions vs. Imagination
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Discernment Study | 15 min | Learn: The classic question — "Did I receive this, or did I make it up?" — cannot be fully answered in the moment. But over time, patterns emerge: received impressions tend to be sudden, neutral, occasionally strange, and recurring. Imagined content tends to be constructed, self-referential, and comfortable. Record both without prejudice; verification will teach you the difference. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📥 Discernment Drill | 20 min | Relax. Then deliberately imagine an apple. Notice how it feels. Now close your eyes again and ask: "What is truly arriving?" Record the first three impressions and note their quality — did they feel constructed or received? |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Could you feel the difference between imagining and receiving? What was the signature of each? |
DAY 17 The Receiver's Full Session — Solo
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🧘 Deep Relaxation | 10 min | Full body relaxation. Set intention: "I receive clearly. I record without editing." |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📥 Full Receiver Session | 20 min | 1) Relax (3 min). 2) Wait for impressions to arise (10 min) — words, images, feelings, sounds. 3) Record everything without editing (5 min). 4) End with three slow breaths and release. |
| 🌙 Evening | 💗 Clairsentience – Grounding | 10 min | Ground yourself after reception. Body scan, slow breathing, release any residue. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | How many impressions did you record? Which channel was strongest today? |
DAY 18 Part 3 Review
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Extended Trataka | 15 min | Continue your anchor practice. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📝 Part 3 Review | 20 min | Review your receiver journal. Which channel is your home base? How has your receptivity changed since Day 13? Where do you still over-edit? |
| 🌙 Evening | 📥 Receiver Session | 15 min | Full receiver session with your preferred channel. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Summary of Part 3 progress. |
🤝 PART 4 — Sender–Receiver Pairs & Distance Work (Days 19–24)
DAY 19 Setting Up a Sender–Receiver Session
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Protocol Study | 20 min | Learn the full protocol: 1) Both partners relax. 2) Sender chooses a target in secret. 3) Agree on a start time and duration (5–10 min). 4) Sender visualises; Receiver receives and records. 5) Receiver writes ALL impressions before any communication. 6) Compare: what matched? what was off? what was close? 7) Journal immediately afterwards — before discussing too much. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📝 Protocol Setup | 15 min | Find a willing partner (friend, family member, or online practice group). Explain the protocol. Agree on a time. Prepare your target set of 5 simple images. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Write down how you will know if the session was meaningful — beyond a single lucky guess. |
DAY 20 First Full Sender–Receiver Session
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🧘 Relaxation + Intention | 10 min | Prepare mentally for the session. Set intention for both roles with calm and openness. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 🤝 Full Session | 30 min | Run 2 rounds — one with you as Sender, one as Receiver. Each round: relax (2 min) → send/receive (5 min) → record (3 min) → compare (5 min). Record all impressions before discussing the target. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📝 Verification Journal | 15 min | Write: What was the target? What did the Receiver record? What matched? What was close? What was off? Score 0 (no match), 1 (partial), 2 (strong match) per round. Do not celebrate or criticise — just record. |
| 🌌 Night | 💗 Grounding | 10 min | Release any residue from the session. Slow breathing, body scan, let everything settle. |
⚠️ Ethics: Never attempt to send targets that could distress, manipulate, or pressure the Receiver. Keep all targets neutral and non-emotional until both partners are experienced.
DAY 21 Distance Work
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Distance Study | 20 min | Learn: Traditional telepathy practice includes distance work — a Sender in one location sends to a Receiver in another, at an agreed time. Distance removes ordinary sensory cues (sight, sound, body language) but adds variables (unpredictable environments). Record distance work with equal rigour. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📡 Distance Session | 25 min | Agree with your partner that one sends at a fixed time (e.g., 9:00 PM) and the other receives. Choose one target from your set. Both write impressions independently. Compare afterwards by message or call. Record distance (km/miles), time, and match score. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 10 min | Record the session. Did distance seem to matter? Did your impressions feel different at distance vs. same room? |
DAY 22 Emotional & Symbolic Targets
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Emotional Target Study | 15 min | Learn: Emotional and sensory targets (a warm fire, ocean waves, a loved one's smile) are sometimes reported as more impactful than cold images. But they are also harder to score objectively. Use only with willing, emotionally stable partners. Do not target anyone's private grief, fear, or shame. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📡 Emotional Session | 25 min | Choose one neutral-emotional target: warmth, calm, a specific colour, a gentle sensation like "floating". Send for 5 min. Receiver records impressions. Compare. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 10 min | Was an emotional target easier or harder to transmit and receive? What did the Receiver actually feel? |
DAY 23 Blind Protocols & Randomisation
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Blind Protocol Study | 20 min | Learn: Blind protocols prevent subtle cueing. A third person randomly selects the target and records the Receiver's impressions. The Sender knows the target; the Receiver does not. After the session, the third person compares. This is how you approach fair testing — not to prove telepathy, but to avoid fooling yourself. Even with perfect protocols, results may reflect chance, coincidence, or implicit cueing. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📡 Blind Session (or Simulated) | 25 min | If you have a third person, run a blind session. If not, simulate blind conditions: close your eyes, do not let the Sender know when you are ready, and record impressions after a fixed timer. Then compare. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 10 min | Record results. Did blind conditions change anything? Score honestly. Remember: single hits prove nothing — patterns over many trials matter. |
DAY 24 Part 4 Review
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Extended Trataka | 15 min | Continue your anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📝 Part 4 Review | 25 min | Summarise your session results. Across all rounds, what was your match rate? Was it above chance? What were the conditions of the best sessions? What conditions made results weaker? |
| 🌙 Evening | 📡 Session | 20 min | Full session with your preferred protocol and target type. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Summary of Part 4 progress. |
🌐 PART 5 — Integration, Ethics & Lifelong Practice (Days 25–30)
DAY 25 Integrating with the Clairs
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Clair Integration Study | 20 min | Learn: Telepathy is inseparable from the Clairs. Clairvoyance receives images; Clairaudience receives words/sounds; Clairsentience receives feelings; Cognizance receives knowledge. Your strongest Clair determines your most natural receptive mode. Continue practising all four, but lean into your strongest when receiving. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📡 Clair-Based Session | 20 min | Ask the Sender to visualise a target that engages your strongest Clair. For example, if Clairsentience is strongest, they send an emotional quality. Receive and record for 5 min. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Which Clair served you best today? Where did you still struggle? |
DAY 26 Integrating with Mind Reading
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Reading + Telepathy Study | 20 min | Learn: Mind reading works with observable cues. Telepathy works with subtle, non-observable impressions. They complement each other: observable cues can validate telepathic impressions, and telepathic impressions can point you toward which observable cues to attend to. Combine but never conflate. |
| 🌙 Evening | 🔍 Dual-Channel Practice | 25 min | Observe a video of a person (2 min). Record: (a) observable cues, (b) felt impressions about their inner state. After the video, write a short paragraph on each. Then ask: did the felt impressions align with the observable cues? This is where genuine reading happens — in the intersection. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Where did felt impressions and observable cues agree? Where did they diverge? |
DAY 27 Ethics in Telepathy Practice
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🧘 Intention Setting | 10 min | Sit quietly. Set intention: "I practise for understanding and service. I never attempt to influence, control, or enter the private mind of another without consent." |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Telepathy Ethics Study | 20 min | Learn: Telepathy practice has unique ethical risks — it can attract people who wish to manipulate others, and it can be used (or believed to be used) without another's consent. Boundary rules: 1) Never send to anyone who has not agreed. 2) Never attempt to influence decisions. 3) Do not interpret intrusive thoughts about someone as "their telepathy" — they are your own mind. 4) Never tell someone what they are thinking without their consent. |
| 🌙 Evening | 🕊️ Ethical Reflection | 15 min | Write your personal code of telepathy ethics. What will you always do? What will you never do? Sign it and keep it visible. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 5 min | Reflect on what you have learned about the ethical weight of this practice. |
⚠️ Critical: Telepathy, unlike mind reading, is sometimes used to attempt influence. This guide explicitly forbids any use that overrides consent. If you feel drawn to control or manipulate, stop practising and seek mentorship.
DAY 28 Scientific Humility & Self-Assessment
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka | 10 min | Standard anchor. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📖 Scientific Honesty Review | 20 min | Revisit the scientific honesty note at the top of this guide. Write in your journal: 1) What have I experienced? 2) What might be coincidence, projection, or self-suggestion? 3) What remains genuinely uncertain? Hold both your experience and your humility. |
| 🌙 Evening | 📊 Programme Self-Assessment | 20 min | Rate yourself 1–10 on: Relaxation ___ , Trataka stability ___ , Sender clarity ___ , Receiver openness ___ , Recording discipline ___ , Verification honesty ___ , Ethical clarity ___ , Humility ___. Write a paragraph comparing yourself to Day 1. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Journal | 10 min | Reflection on your 30-day journey. What surprised you? What disappointed you? What will you keep doing? |
DAY 29 Final Practice — Full Session
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Extended Trataka | 20 min | Your deepest Trataka session of the programme. Hold the bindu and then the inner image as long as possible. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📡 Full Final Sender–Receiver Session | 40 min | With your most trusted partner, run 4 rounds. Alternate roles. Use blind protocol if possible. Choose varied targets (image, word, colour, emotion). Record every impression. Compare honestly. Score each round 0–2. |
| 🌙 Evening | 💗 Gratitude Practice | 15 min | Sit quietly. Bring to mind your partner, your teachers, the traditions that preserved these practices, and your own commitment. Silently thank each. This softens the ego that all psychic practice tends to inflate. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Full Journal | 15 min | Full review of the day. Total match score across all rounds. Honest notes on what you learned about yourself — not just about telepathy. |
DAY 30 Lifelong Telepathy Path & Final Vow
| Session | Exercise | Duration | What to Do |
| 🌅 Morning | 🎯 Trataka + Visualisation | 20 min | Trataka 12 min + gentle target visualisation 8 min. This is your daily anchor for life. |
| ☀️ Afternoon | 📝 Lifelong Plan | 30 min | Write your long-term plan: Daily: Relaxation + Trataka (15–20 min). Weekly: One solo Sender session, one solo Receiver session, one full Sender–Receiver session with a partner. Monthly: Review journals, re-read ethical code, adjust methods. Yearly: Deep reflection on progress — not on "did I become psychic" but on concentration, sensitivity, empathy, and ethical maturity. Community: Find or form a small, ethical practice group — no gurus, no claims, only shared practice. |
| 🌙 Evening | 🕊️ Final Vow | 15 min | Write and read aloud your Telepathy Vow: "I practise with humility, because I do not know the full nature of what I am practising. I practise with ethics, because I will never override another's consent. I practise with honesty, because I will not claim what I cannot demonstrate. I practise with compassion, because understanding is the purpose of all true practice. Whatever telepathy may be — a real ability, a subtle resonance, or a contemplative art — I hold it with an open mind and an open heart." Sign and date it. Keep it visible. |
| 🌌 Night | 📝 Closing Journal | 15 min | Write a full letter to yourself, dated one year from now. Tell your future self what you hope to have learned, how you hope to have grown, and what you hope to still not know. |
🌿 The Path Continues: There is no final "achievement" in telepathy practice — only deepening concentration, sensitivity, and humility. The journey itself is the practice.
